Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paidaze website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by PAIDAZE, Inc. ("PAIDAZE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. 2. Eligibility and Account Use You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity conducted through your account. 3. License and Permitted Use Paidaze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, access via automated means, or use the Services for commercial purposes. 4. Beta and MVP Services The Services may include beta or minimum viable product (MVP) features that are experimental, subject to change, interruption, or discontinuation. Paidaze makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or performance of beta or MVP features. 5. Coupon and Offer Disclaimers The Services allow users to store, organize, and receive reminders about coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions ("Offers"). All Offers are user-submitted or user-selected content and are provided strictly for informational and organizational purposes only. Paidaze does not create, issue, sponsor, verify, endorse, guarantee, or administer any Offers. Paidaze is not affiliated with merchants, brands, or issuers of Offers unless expressly stated. Paidaze does not guarantee that any Offer will be honored, available, valid, accurate, or redeemable at the time of use. Notifications, reminders, or alerts regarding Offer expirations or terms are automated, based solely on user-provided information, and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for confirming Offer terms, conditions, exclusions, and availability directly with the issuing merchant before attempting redemption. Use of any Offer is at your own risk. Paidaze is not responsible for denied redemptions, expired Offers, pricing discrepancies, merchant refusal, or any losses, costs, or damages arising from reliance on Offer information stored or displayed through the Services. 5A. Coupon Scanning Features The Services include features that allow you to scan physical coupons using your device's camera. These features include barcode scanning and coupon terms transcription, each of which is subject to the limitations and user responsibilities described below. Barcode Scanning and Display When you scan a coupon barcode, the Services may store the barcode data and display it on your device screen for presentation at a point of sale. While the Paidaze app may render a barcode for in-store use, Paidaze does not guarantee that any displayed barcode will be accepted by a retailer or merchant. Retailer acceptance of digitally displayed barcodes is determined solely by each individual retailer and may vary based on their systems, policies, and equipment. Paidaze is not responsible for any denied transaction, failed scan, or refusal by a merchant to accept a coupon barcode displayed through the Services, regardless of whether the original coupon was valid or the barcode was accurately captured. You are solely responsible for verifying with each retailer whether digitally displayed barcodes will be accepted prior to attempting redemption. Coupon Terms Transcription The Services offer an optical character recognition (OCR) feature that attempts to transcribe the printed terms, conditions, and other text from a scanned coupon. This transcription is generated automatically and is provided for convenience purposes only. Paidaze does not warrant that any transcribed text is complete, accurate, error-free, or a faithful representation of the original coupon terms. OCR technology is subject to inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate, missing, or garbled text depending on print quality, lighting, image resolution, font type, and other factors. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any transcribed coupon terms against the original physical coupon or the official terms published by the coupon issuer before relying on such information for any purchasing decision or redemption attempt. Paidaze is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from reliance on transcribed coupon text. 5B. Loyalty Program Codes The Services allow users to enter, import, and store loyalty program codes, membership numbers, and related identifiers ("Loyalty Codes") issued by third-party retailers, airlines, hotels, and other loyalty program operators ("Program Operators"). Loyalty Codes may be added manually or imported from a supported external wallet application, and are stored solely for your personal reference and organizational convenience within the app. Paidaze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any Program Operator unless expressly stated. Paidaze does not access, connect to, or interface with any third-party loyalty program systems or APIs on your behalf. Paidaze has no visibility into your loyalty account balances, point totals, redemption history, or program terms, and does not verify the validity or current status of any Loyalty Code. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any Loyalty Code you enter or import and for confirming current program terms, balances, and redemption conditions directly with the relevant Program Operator. Paidaze is not liable for any loss of points, miles, rewards, or other program benefits arising from your use of the Services. 6. Your Data — Our Commitment Paidaze does not sell your personal information or the data you store within the Services to any third party, advertiser, merchant, or data broker, under any circumstances. We do not share your coupon data, loyalty codes, or account information with retailers, brands, or program operators for commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIDAZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PAIDAZE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES EXPRESSLY TO THE COUPON SCANNING, BARCODE DISPLAY, AND COUPON TERMS TRANSCRIPTION FEATURES DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5A. 8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIDAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 9. Third-Party Services and Links The Services may contain links to third-party services or websites. Paidaze is not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. 10. Suspension and Termination Paidaze may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or discontinuation of the Services. You may discontinue use at any time by deleting your account. 11. Modifications to Terms Paidaze may update these Terms periodically. When a material update is made, you will be presented with a consent prompt the next time you access the Services. The prompt will identify the specific document(s) that have changed and require your explicit acceptance via checkbox before you can continue using the Services. Your existing acceptance of any unchanged documents will carry over — you will only be asked to accept the document(s) that have actually been updated. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may discontinue use of the Services and request account deletion. Continued use of the Services following your explicit acceptance of an updated version constitutes your agreement to those Terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You submit to exclusive jurisdiction in that state. 13.
