1. Introduction

PAIDAZE, Inc. ("PAIDAZE," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you access or use the Paidaze website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Certain features of the Services may be offered in beta or MVP form and may change over time; however, Paidaze continues to apply reasonable safeguards to personal information regardless of product stage.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

- Name and email address
- Optional profile image
- Coupon and offer information you choose to store
- Loyalty program codes, membership numbers, tier levels, member names, barcode images, and related identifiers, whether entered manually or imported from a supported external wallet application such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Wallet mission preference — your selected savings goal (for example, "Save Money," "Gain More Points," or "Maximize Rewards"), which is used to personalize your in-app experience and may be used to inform aggregate product improvements over time
- Custom categories, including names and colors, that you create to organize your coupons and loyalty programs
- Notification preferences and other information you submit through the Services

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide and that you have the right to store such information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect technical and usage data, including:

- IP address
- Device type, operating system, and browser type
- Login platform — whether you access the Services via mobile app or web, including first recorded use of each platform
- Pages viewed and features accessed
- Timestamps associated with account activity and login events
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies

C. Information Collected Through Coupon Scanning Features

If you use the coupon scanning features within the Services, we may collect and process the following:

- Camera and Image Data: When you use your device's camera to scan a coupon, we access your camera solely to capture the image for processing. We do not store raw camera images beyond what is necessary to complete the scan.
- Barcode Data: When you scan a coupon barcode, we extract and store the encoded barcode value to enable display and reference within the app.
- Transcribed Coupon Text: When you use the coupon terms transcription feature, we process the scanned image using optical character recognition (OCR) technology and store the resulting transcribed text in association with your account. This transcribed text is generated automatically and may not accurately reflect the original coupon terms.

Camera access is used only at the time of scanning and is subject to your device's operating system permissions. You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, though doing so will disable scanning functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to operate and improve the Services, manage accounts, store user-submitted coupon and loyalty program information, personalize your in-app experience based on your wallet mission preference, send informational reminders about upcoming coupon expirations, communicate service updates, provide customer support, conduct analytics and testing, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with legal obligations. Reminders and stored offers are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute verification, endorsement, or guarantees of merchant offers or loyalty program terms.

Use of Scanning-Related Data

Barcode data and transcribed coupon text collected through the scanning features are used to populate and organize your coupon records within the Services, display barcodes on-screen for potential in-store use, provide a reference of coupon terms for your convenience, and improve the performance and accuracy of scanning functionality over time.

Use of Loyalty Program Data

Loyalty program codes, membership numbers, and related identifiers you enter or import are stored solely to organize and display that information within your account. Paidaze does not use loyalty program data to connect to third-party program systems, query account balances or point totals, or share your membership information with any loyalty program operator or third party.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Paidaze does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, coupon data, loyalty program codes, wallet mission preference, or any other information you store within the Services to any third party, advertiser, data broker, merchant, or loyalty program operator, under any circumstances.

We do not use your data to serve you advertisements, and we do not share your information with retailers or brands for their own commercial purposes. Your information exists in Paidaze solely to power your experience within the app.

5. Email and Notification Preferences

Users may manage optional communications through Account Settings. Service and security-related messages are required for account operation.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the current stage of the Services. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information transmitted or stored through the Services.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information while accounts remain active or as reasonably necessary to provide the Services. Users may request account deletion at any time. We may retain limited information, such as compliance or transactional records, as required by law or to enforce our agreements.

8. Third-Party Services

Paidaze uses third-party providers for authentication, communications, infrastructure, and analytics. These providers process personal information solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations. Paidaze is not affiliated with and does not have commercial relationships with the merchants, loyalty program operators, or coupon issuers whose information users may choose to store within the Services.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are used for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics. Users may manage cookies through browser settings; disabling cookies may limit functionality.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request portability of their personal information. Requests may be submitted through Account Settings and may require identity verification.

11. Children's Privacy

Paidaze is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When a material update is made, you will be presented with a consent prompt the next time you access the Services. The prompt will identify the specific document(s) that have changed and require your explicit acceptance via checkbox before you can continue using the Services. Your existing acceptance of any unchanged documents will carry over — you will only be asked to accept the document(s) that have actually been updated.

If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, you may discontinue use of the Services and request account deletion.
